We offer an eCommerce Guarantee, which means your payment is held in our system and only released to the seller after you have received your purchase in good condition.

·         Accuracy: We strive to ensure product information, including prices and descriptions, is accurate and up-to-date. However, images are for demonstration purposes and may have slight variations in color, size, or weight.

·         Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and may refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing. 

6. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

·         Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion.

·         Delivery Time: We aim to ship orders as per the delivery date chosen. We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or "force majeure" events.

·         Refunds: For a refund, you must return all items within the bundle, including original packaging.

·         Processing: Refunds are initiated and completed after the returned product is evaluated.

Reason2Buy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Platform or services. 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. 

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. 

13. Grievance Redressal

If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact our Grievance Officer, as specified in our Privacy Policy. You must exhaust this option before approaching the Data Protection Board.
