Return Policy

Reason2Buy outlines the following for returns and refunds: 

·         Excluded items: Gift vouchers, promotional gifts, and shipping charges are not eligible for returns, replacement, or warranties.

·         Incorrect, damaged, or defective products: Customers must contact Reason2Buy immediately upon reception if a product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

·         Process: Customers can create a return request by choosing the order with the issue. A Reason2Buy associate will then connect to evaluate the issue. After evaluation, the customer packages the original product with the invoice to hand over to the return personnel.

·         Refunds for bundled items: To get a full refund, all items in a bundle must be returned. If discounted bundled items are not returned, they will be considered a full-price purchase, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

·         Conditions: The item must be returned unused, as used items are not accepted for return. The return must be of the original product.

·         Refund processing: After evaluation, a Reason2Buy associate will connect via email or phone to get the customer's bank account details. The refund is then initiated and completed by the end of the day.
